I called Pest-Tec when my home became infested with bed bugs, hoping for a swift solution. After scheduling an appointment, they arrived hours late. Their treatment left lingering stains on my furniture, and the pests returned within a week. I tried reaching out for help, but customer service was unresponsive. Overall, a frustrating experience with no resolution.

I was disappointed with my experience at Pest-Tec. While they claim to provide high-quality pest control, the service felt rushed and ineffective. The staff seemed unfamiliar with common pest issues, and my problem persisted even after treatment. I expected better results for the price, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
